For the 2019-2020 lease year (August 2019-July 2020), it's $449 per person in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and $640 per person in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. These are the lowest rates for all the off-campus student apartments in the Columbia/UofSC area for this year.

Q:What are the policies on pets, smoking and guests?
A:
Alight is pet-friendly in select apartments, subject to limits on animals and breeds. Alight is a smoke-free community in all indoor and adjacent areas, as well as the clubhouse and pool area. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.

Chris needs a raise and a promotion one of the best people I’ve encountered in the office since I moved out here. A young lady came in yelling at him being very rude and disrespectful and he kept his composure very well, he remained respectful and profession and he is always very welcoming, helpful and profession when I have issue or concern he always address them very quick. Since I moved in in June I’ve seen him hold the office down while staff members were out sick and I know it can be a lot especially during turn and move out keep up the great world Chris it isn’t going unnoticed at all

Amanda was amazing. So knowledgeable, friendly, and really went the extra mile to showcase the property and all that it offers. I can’t say enough about how lovely it was working with her!
